Preliminary activity results for 2010. Unaudited interim condensed consolidated and separate financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2010

Consolidated unaudited profit before tax of public limited liability company
„SANITAS“  (company code 1341 362 96, registered address Veiveriu str. 134B,
Kaunas, Lithuania) group for 12 months of 2010 amounted to LTL 62,999 thousand
(€ 18,246thousand), in the same period of 2009 group's profit before tax was
LTL 17,753 thousand (€ 5,142 thousand). 

Group‘s sales for 12 months of 2010 amounted to LTL 339,372 thousand (€ 98,289
thousand), in the same period of 2009 they amounted to LTL 322,749 thousand (€
93,475 thousand).
