--  Anyksciu vynas, AB non-audited activity results for year 2011 according to
the International Accounting Standards amounted to LTL 6.2 million (EUR 1.8
million) net loss. Activity results for year 2010 was LTL 3.8 million (EUR 1.1 
million) net loss. 

  The sales incomes for year 2011 amounted to LTL 17.0 million (EUR 4.9
million) and in comparing with the same period of  2010 they decreased in 8 %.
