Technopolis Plc: 2011 Guidance Unchanged Despite Nokia Labor Negotiations

Technopolis has decided to make the following announcement in connection with
Nokia Plc's stock exchange release of April 27, 2011 concerning its labor
negotiations. 

The Technopolis Plc guidance for year 2011 will not be changed by Nokia's own
announcement. Technopolis has forecasted net sales and EBITDA growth of 9-11%
in 2011. The share of Nokia Plc has declined to six per cent of the Group's net
sales and will decline below four per cent at the year end. Technopolis will
continue to report the impact of changes at Nokia periodically as new facts
emerge.
