HML Finance Oy is 100 % in control of Hannu Laakkonen. Hannu Laakkonen has sold
all the shares of Plc Uutechnic Group Oyj owned by himself to HML Finance Oy.
As a result of the acquisition HML Finance increased its holding to more than
10 %.
