New Supervisory Board of LEO LT AB elected

On April 3, 2009, shareholders of the national investment company LEO LT
elected a new Supervisory Board consisting of 11 members. At the new
Supervisory Board the Government interests will be represented by Government
Office of the Republic of Lithuania, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Finance,
Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs and
Mr.Virgilijus Poderys, Chairman of National Control Commission for Prices and
Energy. At the new Supervisory Board the interests of NDX Energija will be
represented by Mr.Ignas Staškevičius, Chairman of the Board, NDX Energija, Mr.
Petras Jašinskas, Financial Manager, Legal Manager and Mr.Marijus Kriščiūnas,
Lawyer. The Shareholders Meeting resolved that the members, representing a
legal entity are to be delegated to a specific meeting of Board of Observers
contingent upon the nature of issues under discussion. 

The new Supervisory Board of LEO LT AB elected Mr. Virgilijus Poderis, Chairman
of the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy to the position of
President and Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
