and stored at the Register of Legal Entities.(hereinafter the “Bank”) notifies
that on 1 July 2011 Vaineta Barevičiūtė takes her office of member of the
Bank's management board and executive vice president in charge of back office
operations of the Bank. 

Vaineta Barevičiūtė (born 1976) has been working in AB DnB NORD Bankas since
2003. Prior to taking the office on the Bank's management board she has been
working as the head of AB DnB NORD Bankas Internal audit department.  She has
lawyer's qualifications from Vilnius University and holds a degree of master of
management and business administration from ISM university. 

Vaineta Barevičiūtė has no shares of AB DnB NORD Bankas.
