New shares in Nurminen Logistics have been registered with the Finnish Trade Register

The total of 29,229,764 new shares (the “New Shares”) issued in the rights
offering of Nurminen Logistics Plc (“Nurminen Logistics” or the “Company”) have
been registered with the Finnish Trade Register today. The New Shares will
entitle their holders to dividend and other distributions of funds, if any, and
to other shareholder rights in the Company after the New Shares have been
registered with the Finnish Trade Register and Nurminen Logistics’ shareholders
register.

Trading of the New Shares will commence on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki
Ltd from on or about 31 July 2017, together with other Nurminen Logistics shares
(NLG1V).

After the registration of the New Shares, the total number of shares and voting
rights in Nurminen Logistics is 43,904,174 shares and voting rights.
