Public announcement of disability to discharge obligations and settle accounts with creditors

As specified in the 7 December 2010 Notice on Material Event, the Company has
analysed and evaluated its situation. The Company has no assets, income and any
real prospects for future activities. It therefore has no possibilities to
settle accounts with its creditors, is unable to pay for the services rendered
to it and to repay the taken credits. The Company is insolvent and has no
possibility either now or in the future to make payments and discharge its
obligations to the creditors. In view of these facts, please be informed that
the Company has neither possibility nor intention to make any payments and
discharge any of its obligations to the creditors either now or in the future. 

We present the set of intermediate unaudited financial statements for the
period from 1 January 2010 to 15 December 2010. This information is also
