Change in Dovre Group's Executive Team

Mr. Michael Critch, a member of Dovre Group's Executive Team, will be leaving
the company.  As of today, Mr. Lockhart Burck, currently heading US operations,
is appointed as acting Head of Project Personnel operations in North America.
