Kivihuhta has decided to leave the company for a position as Managing Director
of Nordea Finance Finland. Mr. Kivihuhta will leave the company as of
1.11.2015.

The board thanks Mr. Kivihuhta for his strong contribution to the growth of the
company during the last years and for the building of the Nordic Fund
company.The search for a new managing director has been initiated by the board.
