Arūnas Šikšta resigns from the Board of AB Žemaitijos Pienas

On 27 June 2012, Arūnas Šikšta, General Manager of TEO LT, AB, submitted to AB
Zemaitijos Pienas a notification about his resignation from the Board of AB
Žemaitijos Pienas. 

On 19 October 2011, Arūnas Šikšta was elected as member of the Board of AB
Žemaitijos Pienas for the current term of the Board. 

AB Žemaitijos Pienas is the one of the largest and most modern milk-processing
companies in Lithuania, currently employing more than 2000 employees. Shares of
AB Žemaitijos Pienas are listed on the Secondary List of NASDAQ OMX Vilnius
stock exchange.
