Valmet Oyj's stock exchange release onJune14, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. EEST

On June 14, 2024, a total of 4,560 Valmet shares have been returned free of
consideration to Valmet Oyj according to the terms and conditions of the
Deferred Share Plans 2022-2024 and 2023-2025. Originally, the shares were
transferred to the participants after the performance periods 2022 and 2023 of
the plans.

Including the returned shares, Valmet Oyj now holds a total of 362,136 treasury
shares.
