CONVEYANCE OF TREASURY SHARES

QPR Software Plc has conveyed a total of 249,021 treasury shares to the sellers
of Nobultec Ltd, a company QPR Software purchased earlier this year. The
Company now holds a total of 148,029 treasury shares.
