PETRI LAKKA APPOINTED MEMBER OF RAUTE GROUP'S EXECUTIVE BOARD

Mr. Petri Lakka, Licentiate in Technology (46) has been appointed member of
Raute Group's Executive Board as of 26 September 2011. Petri Lakka has joined
Raute Group on 12 September 2011 as Group Vice President, Business Development.
Previously he was Director, Industry and Energy Division of Ramboll Finland Oy
in 2008-2011. Before that in 1996-2008, he held a senior management position in
the Metso Paper service business in Finland and in the United States. 

As of 26 September 2011, Raute Group's Executive Board consists of: Mr. Tapani
Kiiski, President and CEO (Chairman); Mrs. Arja Hakala, Chief Financial
Officer; Mr. Timo Kangas, Group Vice President, Technology Services; Mr. Petri
Lakka, Group Vice President, Business Development; Mr. Petri Strengell, Group
Vice President, Technology and Operations; and Mr. Bruce Alexander, Group Vice
President, North American Business Operations.
