VAAHTO ROLL SERVICE OY, A SUBSIDIARY OF VAAHTO GROUP, CONCLUDES
CO-DETERMINATION NEGOTIATIONS 

The co-determination negotiations concerning Vaahto Roll Service Oy, a
subsidiary of Vaahto Group, have been concluded. The results of the
negotiations were to terminate total 5 employment contracts. In addition to
this, Vaahto Roll Service Oy shall lay-off total 60 persons for varying periods
of time, starting from two weeks' period and ending to lay-offs until further
notice. Vaahto Roll Service Oy has total about 65 salaried and blue-collar
employees in Tampere.
