LESTO AB - Notification on material event

Regarding payout of dividends and inclusion of debt

On 31st of May, 2011 AB LESTO committed its obligation to payout dividends of
LTL 50 401 647,11 to UAB „Visagino atominė elektrinė“. AB LESTO and UAB
„Visagino atominė elektrinė“ concluded the agreement on inclusion of AB LESTO
obligation to payout dividends to UAB „Visagino atominė elektrinė“, and UAB
„Visagino atominė elektrinė“ obligation to repay the loan (agreement dated 3rd
of December, 2009) to AB LESTO of LTL 13 980 208,60. 

After agreement on inclusion, the loan agreement dated 3rd of December, 2009
shall be deemed fulfilled.
