Fiskars has signed a EUR 100 million revolving credit facility

Fiskars Corporation has today signed a EUR 100 million revolving credit
facility with Danske Bank A/S, Helsinki Branch. The new facility replaces the
company's existing EUR 80 million revolving credit facility signed with Sampo
Bank Plc in December 2007. The new facility has a tenor of five years and
serves for general corporate purposes. 

Fiskars has a total of EUR 450 million in committed credit facilities with
Nordic banks.
