Vilnius District Court banned the February 12, 2009 AB Gubernija shareholders' general meeting

On February 12, 2009 AB Gubernija received Vilnius District Court decision of
February 12, 2009, about court verdict: 

“To ban the third person AB Gubernija to carry out the extraordinary repeated 
shareholders' general meeting called on February 12, 2009 at 1 p.m.  To ban the
third person AB Gubernija  without special permission of the court  to call and
carry out the shareholders' general meeting till March 21, 2009.02.12
