IXONOS INFORMS: CORRECTION TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT ON 29 JANUARY REGARDING THE Change in Ixonos Plc´s ownership

Pursuant to chapter 2, section 9 of Finland's Securities Markets Act, Ixonos
Plc has been informed on 28 January 2014 of the following change in the
company's ownership: 

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB has notified Ixonos that its ownership in
Ixonos Plc has decreased as a result of share issue during 19th November - 3rd
December 2013. SEB Life Ireland Company Ltd owns 409,291 Ixonos shares
corresponding 0.54 per cent of all Ixonos shares and votes. Amount goes under
the 5%  (1/20) boundary. 



Ixonos' share capital consists of  75,858,359 shares and votes.
