Change in Huhtamaki Group Executive Team

Sami Pauni (40), Master of Laws (LL.M.), EMBA, previously Group Vice President,
Legal, and General Counsel has been appointed as Senior Vice President,
Corporate Affairs and Legal, Group General Counsel and member of the Group
Executive Team as of February 12, 2015. He is responsible for the Group's
corporate, legal and compliance matters, risk management as well as non-
financial reporting. He continues reporting to Jukka Moisio, CEO. Sami Pauni has
been working in various legal and compliance positions at Huhtamaki since 2006.
Prior to that he was an attorney at Roschier Attorneys. He has extensive
experience in regulatory matters relative to listed companies as well as
corporate legal affairs, M&A transactions and compliance in international
context.
