In its Pre-Close Trading Statement on 12 January 2009, the Company announced that it continued to seek additional funding to support its strategy. Despite the cost reduction measures announced by Inion on 22 January 2009, the Company continues to require additional funding to finance working capital requirements in the short term. Despite extremely challenging current market conditions, the Board is continuing to investigate potential options to secure the future of the Company.
