NOTICE PURSUANT TO FINNISH SECURITIES MARKETS ACT 2:10; PROCURATOR-HOLDING OY'S SHAREHOLDING IN PÖYRY PLC

Pöyry PLC has been informed on 23 April 2008 that as a result of
transactions concluded on 22 April 2008 the shareholding of
Procurator-Holding Oy has increased to above 1/20 of the share
capital and voting rights in Pöyry PLC.
 
The shareholding of Procurator-Holding Oy, Erottajankatu 9 A 10,
00130 Helsinki, Finland, business ID 0863097-1, is as of 22 April
2008 5.40 per cent of the share capital entitling to 5.43 per cent of
the voting rights of Pöyry PLC.
 
The registered share capital of Pöyry PLC comprises a total of
58 652 614 shares entitling to a total of 58 362 614 votes.
