NUMBER OF THE ELEKTROBIT CORPORATION'S (EB) SHARES HAS INCREASED THROUGH SHARE SUBCRIPTIONS PURSUANT TO SERIES 2008A-B STOCK OPTIONS

NUMBER  OF THE ELEKTROBIT CORPORATION'S (EB)  SHARES HAS INCREASED THROUGH SHARE
SUBCRIPTIONS PURSUANT TO SERIES 2008A-B STOCK OPTIONS

A total of 380,495 new shares in Elektrobit Corporation (EB) were subscribed for
between  October  21 and  November  21, 2013, pursuant  to  series 2008A-B stock
options.  The share subscription  price, EUR 75,089.10 has  been recorded in the
Company's invested non-restricted equity fund.

The  corresponding  increase  in  the  number  of  the Company's shares has been
entered  into the Finnish Trade Register on December 4, 2013. Shareholder rights
by virtue of the new shares commence as of the abovementioned registration entry
date. Trading with the newly registered shares will start on December 5, 2013 as
an additional lot of Elektrobit Corporation's shares in NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd.
After  the registration of  the new shares,  the number of  shares in Elektrobit
Corporation's totals to 130,100,875.

Listing time schedule in 2014 for shares to be subscribed for pursuant to series
2008A-B stock options will be as follows:
Shares  subscribed for by January 27, 2014 including this day, will be listed on
or around February 11, 2014
Shares subscribed for by March 31, 2014 including this day, will be listed on or
around April 15, 2014
Shares  subscribed for by June 9, 2014 including this  day, will be listed on or
around June 25, 2014
Shares  subscribed for by August 18, 2014 including  this day, will be listed on
or around September 2, 2014
Shares  subscribed for by October 15, 2014 including this day, will be listed on
or around October 30, 2014
Shares  subscribed for by December 1, 2014 including this day, will be listed on
or around December 16, 2014.

The  share  subscription  period  for  stock  options  2008A will  end  on March
31, 2014 and  the share subscription period for  stock options 2008B will end on
