Imoniu grupe ALITA, AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the information announced in the press

Alytus, Lithuania, 2011-10-14 13:45 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Company
additionally informs that it has received the notification from the Foreign
Trade Court of Arbitration at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce stating that the
Company Group “ALITA”, AB is indicated as a respondent in the procedural
document of the Serbian Privatisation Agency issued on 21 September 2011.
Having familiarised with the content of the notification, the Company has
notified the Foreign Trade Court of Arbitration at the Serbian Chamber of
Commerce in writing that the Company Group “ALITA”, AB has never entered into
any agreement containing a clause referring to the said Court of Arbitration
and also has informed the Court that the Company does not recognise the
jurisdiction of the Foreign Trade Court of Arbitration at the Serbian Chamber
of Commerce.
