Evli Bank Plc: Capital Markets' statutory personnel negotiations completed

The  statutory personnel negotiations  that started in  the end of  May and that
concerned  Evli's equity  business activities  in the  Capital Markets unit have
been  completed. The  negotiations concerned  the sale  of shares,  execution of
transactions  as well as investment research. The  aim was to renew the business
model,  re-organize work and improve efficiency. As a result of the negotiations
targets  were  achieved.  The  negotiations will  result  in a reduction of five
employees  in the  Capital Markets  business unit.  The reductions  will be made
through internal relocations and severance packages.
