ALMA MEDIA CORPORATION'S HOLDING IN TALENTUM TO 30.65 %                         

Talentum Oyj has been informed on August 10, 2009 that the shares in the company
held by Alma Media Corporation and its 100 per cent owned subsidiary Kauppalehti
Oy have exceeded three tenths of the shares and votes.                          

With reference to Chapter 2, paragraph 10 of the Finnish Securites Markets Act, 
Talentum Oyj reports that on August 10, 2008 the shareholding of Alma Media     
Corporation and Kauppalehti Oy was as follows:
