Changes in Ixonos' organization

CHANGES IN IXONOS' ORGANIZATION
As part of the Group's operational rationalization program that                 
began in spring, Ixonos' organizational structure will be firmed up from 1      
September 2009. The Group's administrative and support functions will be        
unbundled from the Service Production organization into a separate              
Administration unit, which will be headed by Asko Vainionpää under the title of 
CAO. Asko Vainionpää continues as a member of the company's Management Team, and
he reports to Kari Happonen, President and CEO.                                 

After the change, the Service Production unit will consist of the Line
Management, Service Lines, and Project Management Office (PMO) functions, which
are responsible for providing the Group's specialist services. Pasi Iljin is
appointed head of the Service Production unit, under the title Director,
Service Production. Pasi Iljin is  also appointed as a new Management Team
member. He reports to Kari Happonen, President and CEO. 

Pasi Iljin, MSc, has held various managerial positions at Ixonos for more than
three years.
