SSH ESTIMATES YEAR 2009 NET SALES TO REMAIN AT THE YEAR 2008 LEVEL              

Due to difficult market situation the company estimates its 2009 net sales to   
remain at year 2008 level. Year 2009 net result is expected to be better than   
year 2008 but estimated to be negative.                                         

During the second quarter SSH is renewing its customer strategy as part of the  
refocus program and has considerably reorganized its management and sales       
organization. SSH will book the related extraordinary cost in total to the      
reporting period.                                                               

More detailed information about the cost reductions will be released as part of 
second quarter interim report to be published 22nd July 2009.
