Changes in the Board of Directors of Nordea Bank Finland Plc

Fredrik Rystedt has been appointed a member of the Board of Directors
of Nordea Bank Finland Plc as from 15 September 2008. He will replace
Arne Liljedahl.

Fredrik Rystedt (44) will also take up a position as head of Group
Corporate Centre and Chief Financial Officer and member of Group
Executive Management of Nordea as at 15 September 2008.

Fredrik Rystedt has been Chief Financial Officer for Electrolux Group
since 2004. He has graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics
and has worked for Electrolux in a variety of different positions,
including Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Chief Administrative
Officer. In 1998 - 2001 he was employed by Sapa Group first as Head
of Business Development and later on as Chief Financial Officer.

Christian Clausen continues as Chairman of the Board and Carl-Johan
Granvik as Vice-Chairman of the Board.
