LESTO - Acquisition or disposal of a block of shares

Regarding the purchase of LESTO shares

LESTO AB (hereby - LESTO), identification code 302577612, registered office
placed at Žvejų str. 14, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. The total number of
registered ordinary shares issued by company is 603 944 593; ISIN code
LT0000128449. 

LESTO informs that on 21 May 2014 it has received ‘Lietuvos Energija', UAB
(identification code 301844044, registered office placed at Žvejų str. 14,
Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania) notification that ‘Lietuvos Energija', UAB and
E.ON Ruhrgas International GmbH (identification code HRB21974, registered
office placed at Brusseler Platz 1, 45131 Essen, Germany) concluded LESTO
shares purchase - sale agreement. ‘Lietuvos energija', UAB has acquired from
E.ON Ruhrgas International GmbH 71 040 473 units of LESTO shares (which make
11,76 percent of all LESTO shares). 

After the acquisition of the shares ‘Lietuvos energija', UAB will own 94,39
percent of LESTO shares, remaining shares (5.61 percent) will be held by other
shareholders.
