the shareholder of AB „Panevėžio statybos trestas", submitted an application 
to the Commission of Securities of the Republic of Lithuania requesting to
confirm the Mandatory Takeoverbid Circular regarding the buy-up of all
remaining ordinary  registered shares of the Public Limited Liability Company
„Panevėžio statybos trestas“ of 1 Litas in nominal value (Securities ISIN code
- LT0000101446)
