TEO LT, AB - Notification on material event

Arūnas Šikšta was elected to the Board of AB Žemaitijos Pienas

On 19 October 2011, Arūnas Šikšta, General Manager of TEO LT, AB, was elected
as member of the Board of AB Žemaitijos Pienas for the current term of the
Board till 30 April 2015. 

AB Žemaitijos Pienas is the one of the largest and most modern milk-processing
companies in Lithuania, currently employing more than 2000 employees. Shares of
AB Žemaitijos Pienas are listed on the Secondary List of NASDAQ OMX Vilnius
stock exchange. 

Arūnas Šikšta occupies the office of General Manager of TEO LT, AB from 2
January 2004. He is also member of the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters
International (Philadelphia, U.S.A.).
