BankNordik appoints new Chief internal auditor

With reference to company announcement dated December 4th, 2015 BankNordik is
pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Arndis
Poulsen as the group’s new Chief internal auditor. 

Arndis Poulsen, who is 47 years old, has a Certified Public Accountant
examination from the School of Business and Social Sciences at the University
of Aarhus, and 16 years of working experience in the accountancy sector as well
as in the financial sector on the Faroe Islands. 

Arndis Poulsen will start in her position as Chief internal auditor at the
BankNordik group on April 1st, 2016.
