NOTIFICATION ACCORDING TO CHAPTER 9, SECTION 5 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

Pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, Mikko
Laakkonen has announced to Norvestia on 2 July 2015 that his holding in
Norvestia has exceeded the five (5) percent threshold in votes as a result of
the combination of share classes on 23 June 2015. Mikko Laakkonen owns 872,010
shares, which corresponds to 5.69% of shares and votes. 

The share capital of Norvestia Oyj consists of 15 316 560 shares.
