YIT SECURES A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR RING ROAD 1 WORTH EUR 88 MILLION IN     
FINLAND                                                                         

YIT Construction Ltd, the City of Espoo and the Uusimaa Road Region of the      
Finnish Road Administration signed a contract on 11 February 2008 for the       
construction of a tunnel and two multi-level junctions in Espoo. The value of   
the agreement is EUR 87.6 million.                                              

The work will commence immediately and the project will be completed in 2012.   
The aim of the project is to improve traffic control on Ring Road 1 at          
Leppävaara in Espoo, Finland.
