Aktia Bank's credit rating from Moody's

Aktia Bank plc   Stock Exchange Release 30.9.2008   at 12 Noon

Moody's Investors Service Ltd has assigned Aktia Bank plc the credit
ratings A1 for long term borrowing, P-1 for short-term borrowing, and
C for financial strength, all with stable outlook. The credit ratings
are the same as Aktia Savings Bank had previously.
