CORRECTION: CHANGES AND JOB ROTATION IN OKMETIC'S EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT GROUP

This is a correction of the announcement from 08:00 03.03.2014 EET. Reason for
the correction: The title of Ms. Vuorikari-Antikainen corrected in the last
sentence of the release.

CHANGES AND JOB ROTATION IN OKMETIC'S EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT GROUP



Anna-Riikka Vuorikari-Antikainen, Senior Vice President, Products has been
appointed Senior Vice President, Customers and Markets. She will also be
responsible for customer support. Ms. Vuorikari-Antikainen, M.Sc. (Tech.), born
1965, has been with Okmetic since 1992. Her earlier positions include i.a. SVP,
Sensor Business and Product Development, and SVP, Sensor Business Development.

Atte Haapalinna, Senior Vice President, Customer Support, has been appointed
Senior Vice President, Products. Mr. Haapalinna, D.Sc. (Tech.), born 1969, has
been with the company since 1998. His earlier positions include i.a. Business
Development Manager and Application Manager.

The changes come into effect on 7 April 2014.

With the arrangement, Okmetic's Executive Management Group is reduced by one
member. From 7 April 2014 onwards, the members of the Executive Management Group
will include

Petri Antola, Technology Projects and Solar Materials,

Atte Haapalinna, Products,

Juha Jaatinen, Finance, IT and Communications,
