The activity results of I half of the year 2013

Non audited activity result of the Company of I half of the year 2013 (as at 30
June, 2013) according to the international accounting standards is profit
(before taxes) in amount of LTL 18,574 thousand (EUR 5,379 thousand) and of the
Group, which consists of the parent company AB Kauno Energija and of its'
subsidiaries UAB Pastatų Priežiūros Paslaugos (company code 300580563) and UAB
Kauno Energija NT (company code 303042623), is profit (before taxes) in amount
of LTL 18,880  thousand (EUR 5,468  thousand). 

Company's income from the sales per I half of the year 2013 is LTL 207,739
thousand (EUR 60,165 thousand), and Groups' income is LTL 208,018 thousand (EUR
60,246 thousand).
