exchange release of 22 September 2009 on Varma Mutual Pension Insurance
Company's holding in Componenta after the share issue 2009. The correct total
number of shares is 17 457 798 shares with voting rights of 17 457 798 pieces
(not 10 957 798 shares with voting rights of 17 457 798 pieces, as stated in
the previous release).

Componenta Corporation has yesterday on 21 September 2009 announced the result
of the share issue. 6.500.000 new shares were issued in the share issue, of
which 978 968 shares were allocated to Varma. 

When the new shares subscribed in the share issue have been added to the trade
register, Varma's holding in Componenta Corporation is as follows:

Share of voting rights, %: 5.608
