On 1 December 2011 AB Ukio bankas finished the issue of Fixed rate bond issue
LTL No. 11/2011 issued under LTL 500,000,000 short and medium term bonds
offering program. During distribution period (from 11 November 2011 till 1
December 2011) 25,818 bonds with nominal value of LTL 100 and fixed 4.5 percent
annual interest rate were issued. Redemption of bonds on 11 December 2012.
