Íslandsbanki hf. - Changes board/management/auditors

Islandsbanki hf. : Board change, ISFI's alternate member takes a seat on the bank's Board of Directors.

Kolbrún Jónsdóttir, representing the Icelandic State Financial Investments
(ISFI) on the Board of Directors of Íslandsbanki hf., has resigned.  Maria E.
Ingvarsdottir, the ISFI's alternate member of the Board of Directors, will
replace her in the bank's Board of Directors.
