Trainers' House has appointed Mr. Vesa Honkanen as Chief Executive Officer

The board of directors of Trainers' House Plc has appointed the current deputy
CEO of the company, Mr. Vesa Honkanen, as the new chief executive officer of
the company effective as of 25 January 2011. 

Mr. Honkanen has been with the company since 1997 and acted in a number of
positions, among them the deputy CEO of Trainers' House Plc and as the CEO of
Trainers' House Oy. In his current role Mr. Honkanen has been responsible for
the training business of Trainers' House. 

The current CEO of Trainers' House Mr. Jari Sarasvuo will stand for election to
the board of directors of the company in the company's annual general meeting
which will be held on 23 March 2011. Mr. Sarasvuo will continue on a full time
basis with the company and concentrate on client work and development of the
company's service concepts.
