Natural gas distribution price cap set for 2017

Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius AB (hereinafter – ESO or the Company),
identification code 304151376, registered office placed at Aguonu str. 24,
Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. The total number of registered ordinary shares
issued by company is 894 630 333; ISIN code LT0000130023. 

On 28 October 2016, the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices
(hereinafter - the NCC) set the natural gas distribution price cap of ESO to be
valid in 2017, which is EUR 7.25 per MWh (without VAT). 

Compared to 2016, the distribution price cap for 2017 will decrease by 8,5%.
The main reason for such decrease is a forecast of natural gas distribution
volume increase in 2017. 

In light of the set price cap, the Board of ESO will decide in the nearest
future on specific natural gas distribution prices to take effect as from 1
January 2017. Specific prices will be submitted for NCC’s approval in
accordance with the procedure and deadlines established by laws.
