INVITATION TO PANOSTAJA OYJ'S PRESS CONFERENCE



Panostaja Oyj will publish its Financial Statements Bulletin to cover the
period November 1, 2011 - October 31, 2012, (12 months) on Friday, December 14,
2012, at 10:00 a.m. 

On the same day, December 14, 2012, at 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., the company
will arrange a press conference for analysts, institutional investors and
representatives of the press at the Scandic Marski, in Helsinki, at the address
Mannerheimintie 10, Helsinki. 

You are welcome to hear about our financial performance for Financial
Statements as well as about our prospects for the financial year of 2013.
Panostaja Oyj's Juha Sarsama, Chief Executive Officer, and Simo Mustila, Chief
Financial Officer, will be addressing the topics. 

In a press conference Mr Ari Virtanen, Chief Executive Officer of Takoma Oyj,
will be presenting Takoma Oyj's business area.
