PKC GROUP`S CFO RESIGNS                                                         

CFO Sami Klemola has resigned from the service of PKC Group Oyj at his own      
request. Klemola shall continue at PKC Group`s employee until the end of August 
after which he shall transfer to the University of Oulu as CFO.
