EFORE PLC’S FINANCIAL REPORTING DURING THE FISCAL YEAR 2013

According to the Board's proposal, Efore's Annual General Meeting on February
7, 2013 decided to change the fiscal year of the company to be 1 January - 31
December. In addition, the current fiscal year of the company, 1 November 2012
- 31 October 2013, was extended to fourteen (14) months to end on 31 December
2013. 

Efore Plc will publish four interim reports in the fiscal year from November 1,
2012 to December 31, 2013 according to following schedule: 

November 1, 2012 - January 31, 2013 (3 months)    March 5, 2013
November 1, 2012 - April 30, 2013 (6 months)      May 23, 2013
November 1, 2012 - July 31, 2013 (9 months)       August 29, 2013
November 1, 2012 - October 31, 2013 (12 months)   November 21, 2013

The financial statements for the fiscal year 2013 will be published on February
13, 2014.
