S&P Global Ratings affirm the 'BBB/A-2' long- and short-term counterparty credit
ratings on Bonum Bank PLC and the outlook remains stable (17.11.2016)

S&P Global Ratings has confirmed Bonum Bank Plc a credit rating of 'BBB' for
long-term investment grade and a rating of 'A-2' for short-term investment grade
on 17 November 2016. The outlook remains stable.

Previous S&P Global's rating report was from May 2015, when Bonum Bank received
its rating.

Bonum Bank acts as the central credit institution for the POP Bank Group.
