Icelandic Group hf. - Changes board/management/auditors

- Aðalsteinn Helgason resigns from the board of Icelandic Group plc.

Aðalsteinn Helgason has as of today resigned from the board of Icelandic Group
plc.  Páll Magnússon, Managing director of Sund ehf., will replace Aðalsteinn
on the board.  Páll has until now been alternative member of the board.
