Notification on the intention of OAO Gazprom to sell the shares of AB Lietuvos Dujos

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2014-06-13 08:34 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AB Lietuvos Dujos
(hereinafter - the Issuer) hereby informs that according to public information
published in the media and the webpage of NASDAQ OMX Vilnius, 38.15% of the
shares of the Issuer were already provided for sale on end of 12 June 2014,
which means that the proposal to sell the shares of the Issuer according to the
takeover bid of Lietuvos Energija, UAB was received from the shareholder of the
Issuer OAO Gazprom, which currently owns 37.06% shares of the Issuer. Until 16
June 2014 OAO Gazprom and other shareholders of the Issuer, who have provided
the proposal to sell the shares of the Issuer according to the takeover bid,
can revoke their proposals and decide not to sell their currently owned shares
of the Issuer. 

The Issuer was not directly informed about the information which is provided in
this notification, as well as the Issuer was not directly provided with any
data confirming the accuracy of the information provided in this notification.
