Below is attached during ordinary general meeting of shareholders of AB Ukio
bankas held on 25 March 2011 approved AB Ukio bankas annual information for the
year 2010 (Appendix No. 1) that consists of audited annual consolidated
financial statements of the Bank and the Group of AB Ukio bankas, consolidated
annual report assessed by the auditors and confirmation of responsible persons.
